GatePass is a community management solution provider that offers a cloud-based solution deployed on mobile which helps communities manage their visitors, communications, payments and emergencies in a seamless manner.
This Policy describes your privacy rights regarding GatePass’s (“we”, “us” or “our”) collection, use, storage,
sharing and protection of your personal information. It applies to the GatePass website and all applications,
services and tools regardless of how you access or use them.
If you are provided with a username, identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security measures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We reserve the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of this Policy. When you use GatePass Services, you may provide us with two main types of information: (1) personally
identifiable information that you knowingly choose to disclose, which is collected on an individual basis,
and (2) general user information that does not contain personally identifiable information, which is
collected on an aggregate basis as you browse and use GatePass’ Services.
The personally identifiable information you provide us may include but is not limited to (i) contact information (including name, telephone number, email and address); (ii) financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, verification number and billing address); (iii) username and password (specifically chosen by you); (iv) location information and (v) preferences and behavior (such as record of events, bulletin board posts, comments, areas of interests). Information gotten through survey responses, telephone conversation, customer enquiries and other means may also be used by us.
Once you register, you have opted in to receive electronic communications from us. GatePass and/or your property management may also provide you with the opportunity to participate in surveys through our services. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information. Participation in surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether to disclose such information.
We also collect information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone or other electronic access device. The automatically collected information includes but is not limited to data about the pages you access, computer IP address, device ID or unique identifier, device type, geo-location information, computer and connection information, mobile network information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the sites, referral URL, ad data, and standard web log data. We may also use information provided by third parties like social media sites. Information about you provided by other sites are not controlled by GatePass and we are therefore not liable for how they use it.

We will not share or disclose this information with third parties except as a necessary part of providing the GatePass Services. We may use the information to target advertisements to you.

world where our facilities are located. We protect your information using physical, technical, and
administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and
alteration. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our
data centers, and information access authorization controls.
We are therefore constantly working hard to secure your personal information from unauthorized access to and/or unauthorized alteration, disclosure and/or destruction of information we hold. We review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems.
Because the internet is not a completely secure environment, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and/or guarantee that information on the GatePass Services may not be accessed, disclosed, altered and/or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical and/or managerial safeguards.

Please limit your access to your computer and/or mobile device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services, comply with our legal and statutory obligations or verify your information with a financial institution.
To prevent unauthorized access to your information, we have implemented strong controls and security safeguards at the technical and operational levels. This site uses Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) to ensure secure transmission of your personal data. You should see the padlock symbol in your URL address bar once you are successfully logged into the platform. The URL address will also start with https:// depicting a secure webpage. SSL applies encryption between two points such as your PC and the connecting server. Any data transmitted during the session will be encrypted before transmission and decrypted at the receiving end. This is to ensure that data cannot be read during transmission.
